Hundreds of music fans gathered at The Foxtown in Pittsburg, KS, on May 7 to kick off the 2004 summer concert season.  4 bands were on the bill including The Midwest Kings, Substance, The Sound and The Fury and Pond Monkeys.  The show marked the release of The Sound and The Fury's long-awaited CD "Another Stage."

Pond Monkeys kicked off the night with a hard-rocking set of old and new tunes.  By the end of "Florence," dozens of fans had joined the band onstage to dance around aimlessly--a memorable start to the the 2004 Foxtown concert season.
